Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Update: The Nifty 50 index is now trading 0.1% higher at 23,781.2. As many as 26 index stocks advance, while 22 decline. Two index stocks are trading unchanged. Adani Enterprises (2.12%), Tata Motors (1.92%) and Trent (1.35%) are the top gainers. On the other hand, Tata Steel (-1.45%), JSW Steel (-1.22%) and IndusInd Bank (-1.09%) are the top index losers.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Update: Indian shares held the upward momentum from Monday, and opened with minor gains amid positive global cues. The 30-share BSE benchmark Sensex rose over 300 points to the day’s high, while the Nifty 50 crossed 23,850 intraday.
The shares of Cochin Shipyard recovered from lows. The shares of Tata Invest and Tata Motors rose on Tata Capital raising ₹15,000 crore via IPO. Biocon, Tata Motors, Bharat Forge, Whirlpool, PG Electro, Oberoi Realty, Symphony, Telecom stocks, SBI Card, Goodyear, Greaves Cotton, HG Infra, MTNL, Aurionpro, Yartharth Hospital are in focus.
