Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev Drop Dual Restraining Orders Amid Divorce Settlement

Days after she and Artem Chigvintsev settled their divorce, Nikki Garcia stepped out for lunch with her twin Brie Garcia and friends.

The siblings were photographed arriving and leaving the RH Yountville restaurant in Yountville, Calif. Nov. 22, one day after their 41st birthdays. Nikki wore a black tunic over matching pants and knee-high boots, as well as a full-length black puffer jacket. Brie arrived in a white sweater and back pants.

On Nov. 20, Nikki’s spokesperson shared in a statement to E! News that the Total Bellas star and Artem, who share 4-year-old son Matteo, have settled their divorce.

In addition, Nikki and Artem “decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son,” the spokesperson said.

The WWE Hall of Famer had filed for divorce from Artem in September, listing the day of his arrest as their official date of separation in court documents.

Nikki had also sought a temporary restraining order against Artem, alleging he attacked her prior to his arrest. In a filing responding to her restraining order request, Artem alleged that Nikki was the aggressor in the situation.

“Nikki’s No. 1 priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter,” the spokesperson added in their statement. “She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”
